Sausage potato goulash
1 lb / 500 g potatoes, 14 oz / 400 g hot dogs, half onion...
2 1⁄3 cups / 330 g flour
3⁄4 cup / 90 g powdered sugar
1 cup / 100 g finely chopped walnuts
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 sticks / 1 cup / 230 g unsalted butter
2 egg yolks
Mix all the ingredients together till you get a thick dough. Wrap in cling foil and let rest about 1 hour. Create small crescent shaped cookies and bake on 340 F / 170 C for about 14 minutes. Let cool down a bit and still a little warm coat in powdered sugar mixed with some vanilla sugar.
