100 - 120g All purpose flour
Pinch of salt

Combine all the ingredients together, and mix them throughly. The mixture should have the consistancy of ____________. Bring a large pot of water to a a soft boil, pour the mixture into the spetzle siev and spread it around untill all of the mixture has fallen into the boiling water. spaetzle is done when all of the spaetzle has float to the top. Approx 1~2 min.
