Chlebicky bread


17.5 oz / 500 g white flour
1+1/3 cup / 300 ml milk (tepid)
2 tsp salt
1 tsp white vinegar
1 pack / 0.25 oz / 2 tsp / 7 g dry yeast
1/2 tsp vegetable oil

Mix yeast into the milk and let is sit for 10 minutes to start the leaven.

You can let your bread machine to process and rise the dough by simply putting all ingrediences in on "Dough program". If you do not own this machine just mix all ingrediences together and knead the dough by hand, let it rise for at least one hour, it should ideally double its size.

When the dough is risen put it on the bench and press the air bubles gently out. Form 2 longer baguette shapped loaves, transfer them on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cover and let rise at warm place for next 30 minutes. You should see visible rise.

Egg wash the loaves and bake 20-30 minutes in oven preheated to 395 F / 200 C. The loaves should become golden brown. try with a skewer if they are done-no dough should get stuck on it. Let your bread cool down on the rack.
