Sausage potato goulash
1 lb / 500 g potatoes, 14 oz / 400 g hot dogs, half onion...
1.5 lbs / 700 g white firm fish (tilapia, cot, haddock)
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chilli (optional, can be more if you like spicy food)
4 tbsp olive oil
Mix all the spices with oil to create a wet rub. Put your fish fillets in the backing dish on the parchment paper. Brush the spices rub all ovet the fish. Bake 12-15 minutes on 400 F / 2015 C.
Break the fillets with the fork to smaller pieces and feel free to create yout own tacos. Use soft or hard shells.
It tastes the best with the sour cream sauce and homemade coleslaw.
