Sausage potato goulash
1 lb / 500 g potatoes, 14 oz / 400 g hot dogs, half onion...
8 cups white cabbage
1 cup red cabbage
4 carrots
1/2 mayo
2 tbsp white sugar
1.5 tbsp lemon jiuce
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Finely shred cabbages and carrots.
Add the mayo, sugar, lemon juice, white vinegar, salt and pepper to a large mixing bowl and whisk together until fully combined.
Add in the shredded vegetable and stir well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
