Sausage potato goulash
1 lb / 500 g potatoes, 14 oz / 400 g hot dogs, half onion...
1 stick of unsalted butter at room temperature
1/4 cup white sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup white flour
1/2 half cup mini semisweet chocolate (recommended)
or - 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Put in a large bowl your butter, both sugars, whole egg, vanila extract, salt and baking powder and whisk all together to reach fluffy mix. Fold in flour and chocolate chips and mix till all comes together.
From this batch you can make 12-15 cookies. Just put small balls of dough on the backing sheet layered with parchment paper. Dont bother with the shape so your cookies have rustic look.
Bake for 12-14 minutes on 350 F / 175 C. Take out of the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for another 5 minutes. Transfer cookies to rack and let cool completely.
