Sausage potato goulash
1 lb / 500 g potatoes, 14 oz / 400 g hot dogs, half onion...
2 lbs / 1 kg of chicken wings
8 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp worchestershire sauce
10 tbsp honey
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sweet paprika
1 tbsp dried garlic or 2 cloves of fresh
2 tbsp olive or vegetable oil
1 tbsp chilli powder (optional base on taste)
Whisk all the spices, oil, sauces and honey together. Coat the wings with this mix, put in bowl and cover with cling film. Let marinate ideally overnight in fridge. Place wings in the baking dish, pour over the leftove marinade, add a little water (1/2 cup) and cover the dish with lid or tin foil. Bake covered for 45 minutes on 305 F / 150 C. Uncover and finish for another 15 minutes on 355 F / 180 C. Serve with yout favourite side, I prefer bread, some green salad and a little sour cream to dip it in.
