Sausage potato goulash
1 lb / 500 g potatoes, 14 oz / 400 g hot dogs, half onion...
16 oz / 450 g brussel sprouts
4 cloves of garlic
olive oil
salt, pepper
1/2 cup shredded parmesan
Prepare your brussel sprouts - cut the bottom hard part, peel ugly top leaves if there are any, do a little cross cut on the top of the sprouts to let them cook through properly.
Put brussel sprouts on baking sheet, sprinkle with oil, season with salt and pepper, add sliced garlic and parmesan cheese. Toss to coat them with all the good stuff.
Bake for 20 minutes on 400 F / 200 C. When you take them out the oven you can sprinkle a little more shredded parmesan on top before serving.
