Waffles


1/2 Cup all purpose flour
1/2 Cup milk
1/8 Cup vegetable oil
1 egg yolk + snow made from eggwhite
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp baking powder

Mix all the ingredients together and and the end fold in the whisked eggwhite snow. Pour the waffle mixture in the waffle maker, level just the bottom part, the dough will pop up. Close the lid and let it bake for 4 minutes. The waffles should get out golden brown. Serve with your favourite toppings - classic is maple syrup and butter.
