Sausage potato goulash


1 lb / 500 g potatoes
14 oz / 400 g hot dogs
half onion
oil
2 tbsp sweet paprika
salt, pepper
2 small (1 big) beef bouillon cube
water
flour or another thickener

Peel potatoes and cute them to small cubes.

Warm up oil in a larger pan and brown chopped onions together with to small cubes cut hot dogs.

Add paprika and potatoes, mix all together, and pour in hot water. Add bouillon, cover with a pot and stew till potatoes are soft, it takes 15-20 minutes.

Season with pepper and salt if it is necessary - usually you dont need salt as hot dogs are salty and you are using bouillon as well. Thicken to your taste.

This is full meal but you can still serve it with fresh bread.
